After a pilot scheme last year, Casson Mann has launched a Volunteer Scheme for 2023 which allows our team to take paid leave in order to volunteer for charitable causes.

This year, the scheme supported the Newman Holiday Trust, a charity which runs activity holidays offering one-to-one care for children with special needs. With this help from Casson Mann and other generous supporters, content developer Izzie Cullen spent a week this August as a volunteer carer on the Trust's Midlands Holiday and was able to raise £1140 for the charity - one of JustGiving's most successful pages this July (top 15%).

These trips have a great impact on the children who attend, since their special needs and personal circumstances mean they would not otherwise be able to go on holiday. Over the week, Izzie was able to see them grow in confidence, make new friends, and gain skills to take back to their daily lives.

We're excited to support more great charities and see the impact of the Volunteer Scheme next year.
